Come along to our Field Day and find out some of the things done at Royal Melbourne to regain the coveted No 1 Ranking Start at Clubhouse for a pre walk presentation at 2:00pm. A walk on the course and inspection of infrastructure including stormwater harvesting, water treatment UF filtration and RO and irrigation system.
We should be back at the clubhouse by 4.30pm for light meal and finished by 5.00 pm.
Presentation by Richard Forsyth, Course Superintendent. Hear all about the Integrated Water Cycle Management now in place at the Club, and all about how aspects were constructed and the irrigation impacts associated with this transition.
Dress requirements: (for entry to the Clubhouse) – neat and tidy, no denim and no work boots, fluoro clothing etc.
Cost: $30 for IAL members $40 for non-members (Cash, to be paid on the day)
Includes ‘finger food’. Drinks available at bar prices.
