The epar Certificate IV in Leadership and Management includes epar Professional Certification.

The final Workshop (one day) in our series includes the three Units of Competency required to achieve Certification.

BSBRSK401 – Identify risk and apply risk management processes

BSBWHS401 – Implement and monitor Safety policies, procedures and programs

BSBSUS401 – Implement and monitor environmentally sustainable work practices

Get both qualifications from attending the one course!

WHO:

Current senior Greens staff, Golf Course Superintendents, School Curators, Ground staff, Horticulture and Landscape staff. Those wanting to develop their team leadership, communication and project management skills.

WHEN:

8am – 3.30pm
W1 – Thursday 13th & Friday 14th of July
W2 – Thursday 3rd & Friday 4th of August
W3 – Thursday 17th & Friday 18th of August
W4 – Thursday 21st of September (epar Professional Certification)
Half Day – Leadership In Agronomy & Networking
with US PGA Mark Johnson (Date TBC)

Non-members – $3350
AGCSA Members – $2950
VGCSA Members – $2950
STAVIC Members – $2950

2nd student from the same site receives 10%
